PE separator designed to extend its service life in lead acid battery especially in the higher temperature condition.
Its ideal material for lead acid batteries.
PE separator designed to extend its service life in lead acid battery especially in the higher temperature condition. Also having a higher puncture resistance as compare with the standard PE separator. It would minimize the puncture problem caused by the sharp corner of the expansion grid.
PE Separator is widely being used in UPS Battery, Fork-lift Battery, Golf-cart Battery Industrial batteries ,Car batteries and Solar batteries.

According to customer requirements, we cut the PE roll with mini rib both inner and outer into slice, then make various sizes of PE envelop type separator with both mini rib inner and outer by twice hot pressing.
Special specification and rib style can be customized according to customers' requirement.
